Q: How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
A:Shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination. UK delivery charge costs $10. EU and other worldwide destinations costs $50.
Q: What happens if I am not home to sign for my order?
A:The delivery person will leave a slip or card at your delivery address and you can pick your order up from the local post depot or post office that is servicing your area.
Q: How secure is ordering from the Internet?
A:Fraud is defined by some of but not limited to the following scenarios: Non-payment of shipped orders Using a third party credit card without cardholder’s consent, writing bad checks, cancelling cheques for shipped orders, providing false contact information, requesting charge-back or reversal of credit card charges for orders that have been duly referred by us and shipped.
Q: Do I need to be a doctor to buy your products?
A: No but they need to be prescribed by medical professionals who have received specialist brand training.
Q: How long will it take until I get my order?
A: U.S, UK and South Africa orders will be delivered next day. EU orders will take 2 – 4 days and other worldwide destinations will take between 2 – 10 days.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A:We accept payments Credit card (Square) by Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Discover. We also accept payment by Wired Money Transfer (Western Union and Money Gram), Bank Account and Cryptocurrencies via CoinGate (more than 50 supported).
Q: How do you ship? What carrier is used?
A:We ship daily Mondays – Fridays. Orders received on weekends will be shipped the following business day. We use all the leading forwarding services depending on where you are. All orders are sent using a fully tracked service and you will be sent a tracking number so you can track your goods all the way from dispatch to arrival.
